SUBLIMATION WORKFLOW

S-RACE® is made with microporous technology:
Innovative technology for fastest sublimation.

1. PAPERFirst things first: To print the image you want to sublimate you can choose from a range of products, available as sheets or rolls.

2. PRINTINGVarious kinds of printing systems can be used to print the image onto the sublimation paper, e.g. desktop printers, large format or industrial printers.

3. TRANSFERIn the next step of the sublimation process the print is then transferred onto clothing, flags, merchandising articles etc. using heat and high pressure.

4. RESULTThe final sublimated products - whether textiles or hard substrates - will impress with vibrant colors and photo imaging quality.

Benefits

Extremely fast drying
Excellent line sharpness
Superb and quick transfer properties
Outstanding lay-flat performance

Microporous Technology

Unlike many other sublimation papers, our microporous coating has an innovative and unique composition that gives the product highest ink absorption capacity.

INNOVATIVE COLOUR RECEIVER LAYER

The microporous colour receiver layer absorbs the ink very quickly, which allows to start subsequent production steps immediately. In the transfer process the ink is released exactly in the position it has been printed – for perfect line sharpness and detailed reproduction.

CURTAIN COATING

The microporous colour receiver layer is applied through the contactless curtain coating technology: the paper web passes through a free-falling curtain. This ensures perfect coverage and results in a homogenous and sharp print.
